About Us

The Learning For Life Academy, is a special education school with three campuses in the Tampa Bay area — Riverview, Town ‘N’ Country & Wesley Chapel — and soon-to-be location in Tallahassee, all of which provide children with Autism Spectrum Disorders & other developmental delays, such as Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, & language disorders comprehensive individualized education with a 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 student/teacher ratio, in a classroom setting that is unique in Tampa, Florida . Learning For Life Academy provides an intensive educational program based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Applied Verbal Behavior. This form of therapy is typically provided to children with autism in home and clinic based programs.  Learning For Life Academy combines this highly effective intensive training with frequent opportunities for facilitated social interactions within its own classrooms.  Progress is measured at regular intervals through the collection and interpretation of data. We serve as an intensive transitional school to prepare him or her for inclusion in a more “traditional” classroom setting.
